AI ज्योतिषी — नियम, अस्वीकरण व धनवापसी

"AI ज्योतिषी" एक कृत्रिम बुद्धि (Artificial Intelligence) सहायक है — कोई मनुष्य, पंडित, आचार्य या ज्योतिषी व्यक्ति नहीं। ऐप में हर AI पर्सोना के साथ "AI सहायक — मनुष्य नहीं" लिखा रहता है। इसके उत्तर Anthropic के Claude AI मॉडल द्वारा स्वचालित रूप से बनाए जाते हैं; ट्रस्ट या आचार्य विवेक उपाध्याय जी इन्हें पहले से नहीं पढ़ते या स्वीकृत नहीं करते।

1. यह कैसे काम करता है

• आप अपना नाम, जन्म तिथि, समय व स्थान देते हैं। इनसे ऐप चंद्र राशि, नक्षत्र, लग्न (समय व शहर ज्ञात हों तो), विंशोत्तरी दशा आदि की गणना करता है और यही गणना AI को संदर्भ के रूप में दी जाती है।
• AI अन्य ग्रहों की स्थिति की गणना नहीं करता; वह ऐसी स्थिति गढ़ने के लिए निर्देशित नहीं है।
• AI गलत, अधूरा या असंगत उत्तर दे सकता है। कोई उत्तर किसी परिणाम की गारंटी नहीं है।

2. अस्वीकरण

• उत्तर केवल आध्यात्मिक मार्गदर्शन एवं मनोरंजन हेतु हैं। ये चिकित्सा, कानूनी, वित्तीय, निवेश या मनोवैज्ञानिक सलाह नहीं हैं। स्वास्थ्य, कानून या धन संबंधी निर्णय हेतु योग्य विशेषज्ञ से मिलें; किसी उपचार को AI के कहने पर न रोकें।
• AI को निर्देश है कि वह मृत्यु, दुर्घटना, गंभीर रोग या अनिष्ट की भविष्यवाणी न करे, "दोष/श्राप" से न डराए और पैसे, रिचार्ज, सशुल्क पूजा या रत्न खरीदने का दबाव न बनाए। ऐसा उत्तर दिखे तो कृपया उसे रिपोर्ट करें।
• संकट या आत्म-हानि के विचार हों तो AI ज्योतिष के स्थान पर Tele-MANAS 14416 (24×7, निःशुल्क) या आपात सेवा 112 का संपर्क देता है।
• सेवा 18 वर्ष या अधिक आयु के उपयोगकर्ताओं हेतु है।

3. शुल्क व वॉलेट

• हर AI पर्सोना का प्रति मिनट शुल्क चैट आरंभ करने से पहले दिखता है (वर्तमान में ₹10–20/मिनट; ट्रस्ट बदल सकता है — चल रही चैट आरंभ के मूल्य पर ही चलती है)।
• शुल्क हर आरंभ हुए मिनट का वॉलेट से पहले कटता है। चैट स्क्रीन पर बीता समय, कटी राशि व बैलेंस हर समय दिखता है; आप कभी भी "समाप्त करें" दबा सकते हैं।
• बैलेंस अगले मिनट के लिए पर्याप्त न हो तो पहले चेतावनी दिखती है और फिर चैट स्वतः रुक जाती है — बिना आपकी सहमति कोई राशि नहीं कटती। रिचार्ज करके "जारी रखें" दबाने पर वही बातचीत आगे चलती है (30 मिनट तक)।
• ऐप बंद होने या फ़ोन लॉक रहने पर 2 मिनट के भीतर शुल्क रुक जाता है और चैट समाप्त हो जाती है। एक चैट अधिकतम 30 मिनट की होती है।
• वॉलेट रिचार्ज Razorpay अथवा ट्रस्ट के UPI QR से होता है; UPI QR रिचार्ज ट्रस्ट द्वारा भुगतान की पुष्टि के बाद (सामान्यतः 24 घंटे में) जुड़ता है। वॉलेट राशि पर कोई ब्याज नहीं, यह हस्तांतरणीय नहीं और केवल AI ज्योतिषी में उपयोग हेतु है।

4. धनवापसी

• विफल सत्र: तकनीकी कारण से उत्तर न मिलने पर उस मिनट की राशि स्वतः वॉलेट में लौटती है। जिस चैट में एक भी उत्तर नहीं मिला, उसकी पूरी राशि स्वतः लौटती है।
• शिकायत: गलत/आपत्तिजनक उत्तर की शिकायत 7 दिनों के भीतर (info@maakamakhya.in / +91 9838160341) करने पर जाँच के बाद राशि वॉलेट में लौटाई जा सकती है।
• अप्रयुक्त बैलेंस: रिचार्ज के 180 दिनों के भीतर अनुरोध पर शेष राशि मूल भुगतान माध्यम/UPI में 5–7 कार्य दिवसों में लौटाई जाती है।
• अनुचित/अपमानजनक भाषा के कारण समाप्त चैट की राशि वापस नहीं होती। पूरी नीति: धनवापसी नीति।

5. उचित उपयोग

अश्लील, अपमानजनक, घृणास्पद भाषा या किसी अन्य को हानि पहुँचाने (वशीकरण, मारण आदि) की माँग वर्जित है; बार-बार ऐसा करने पर चैट समाप्त होती है। अत्यधिक संदेश भेजने पर अस्थायी सीमा लगती है।

6. AI उत्तर की रिपोर्ट

हर AI उत्तर के नीचे "⚑ रिपोर्ट करें" का विकल्प है। रिपोर्ट किया गया उत्तर ट्रस्ट की टीम देखती है और आवश्यक हो तो पर्सोना के निर्देश सुधारे जाते हैं या धनवापसी की जाती है।

7. गोपनीयता

आपके संदेश व जन्म-गणना उत्तर बनाने हेतु Anthropic (Claude AI सेवा प्रदाता) को भेजे जाते हैं। चैट का विवरण 90 दिनों (रिपोर्ट/चिह्नित चैट 180 दिन) बाद स्वतः हटता है; आप "इतिहास" से समाप्त चैट का विवरण कभी भी स्वयं हटा सकते हैं। भुगतान/बिलिंग अभिलेख लेखा कानून हेतु रखे जाते हैं। विस्तार: गोपनीयता नीति।

"AI Jyotishi" is an artificial-intelligence assistant — not a human, pandit, acharya or astrologer. Every AI persona in the app carries the label "AI सहायक — मनुष्य नहीं" (AI assistant — not a human). Replies are generated automatically by Anthropic's Claude AI model; they are not pre-reviewed or approved by the Trust or Acharya Vivek Upadhyay ji.

1. How it works. From your name and birth date, time and place the app computes your Moon sign, nakshatra, ascendant (when time and city are known), Vimshottari dasha etc. and gives this to the AI as context. Other planetary positions are not computed and the AI is instructed not to invent them. AI can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent; nothing is guaranteed.
2. Disclaimer. Replies are for spiritual guidance and entertainment only — not medical, legal, financial, investment or psychological advice. The AI is instructed never to predict death, accidents, serious illness or calamity, never to use fear ("dosha", curses) and never to push payments, top-ups, paid pujas or gemstones; please report any reply that does. In a crisis it points to Tele-MANAS 14416 (24×7, free) or emergency number 112 instead. For users aged 18+.
3. Charges & wallet. Each persona's per-minute price is shown before you start (currently ₹10–20/min; a running chat keeps its starting price). Each started minute is prepaid from the wallet; elapsed time, amount charged and balance are always visible and you can end at any time. When the balance cannot cover the next minute you get a warning and the chat pauses automatically — nothing is charged without your action; top up and tap "continue" to resume the same conversation (within 30 minutes). Billing stops within 2 minutes if the app is closed; a chat lasts at most 30 minutes. Top-ups are by Razorpay or the Trust's UPI QR (credited after confirmation, usually within 24 hours). Wallet balance earns no interest, is non-transferable and can be used only for AI Jyotishi.
4. Refunds. A minute in which a reply failed for technical reasons is refunded to the wallet automatically; a chat that received no reply at all is refunded in full. Complaints about wrong/offensive replies within 7 days may be refunded to the wallet after review. Unused balance is refunded to the original payment method/UPI on request within 180 days of the top-up (5–7 working days). Chats ended for abusive language are not refunded. See the Refund Policy.
5. Fair use. Obscene, abusive or hateful language, or requests to harm others, are prohibited; repeated violations end the chat. Excessive messaging is rate-limited.
6. Reporting AI content. Every AI reply has a "⚑ Report" option; reported replies are reviewed by the Trust, which may adjust the persona or refund.
7. Privacy. Your messages and chart are sent to Anthropic (Claude AI provider) to generate replies. Chat text is deleted automatically after 90 days (180 days for reported/flagged chats); you can delete an ended chat yourself from History at any time.
